Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
CSSB 57(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                                                
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                                               
ordered.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 57(FIN) was read the third time.
